What can I do if I have reached the maximum amount?
Each customer can view or modify their current deposit limits in their account settings. When requesting a deposit limit, customers should consider which amount they want to spend on gaming per month, week or day. Customers can request a reduction of their limit which will become effective immediately. Furthermore, it is also possible for customers, in cooperation with the company, to agree upon a personal deposit limit increase. All limit increase requests are subject to a waiting period of 72 hours. The company reserves the right to check and, if necessary, reduce these limits at any time.
