Why do I need to verify my identity?
Due to Belgium Gambling Commission legislation, we need to verify our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
You’re required to do the following:
When signing up, your details will be checked against the national registry. If you are a Belgian national and your details are all correct – your account will be automatically verified. If there’s a mismatch, or you aren’t a Belgian national, you must do the following steps.
- If there’s a minor error in your details, an account will be created with a €200 weekly deposit limit – however you won’t be able to withdraw. You’ll be given a 30-day window to correct your details.
- If you aren’t a Belgian national, an account will be created with a €200 weekly deposit limit – however you won’t be able to withdraw. You’ll have 30 days to send us a photocopy of your passport via Jumio.
Once this is all completed, your account will be verified.
