Result could not be determined

On the rare occasion when a result cannot be confirmed for an event, bets on this event may be cancelled. A credible source is needed to ensure the result we have is correct and we will always endeavor to find one before we cancel bets.

We have a maximum deadline of up to 72 hours to obtain the official result of an event. Until there is a confirmation, your bet will remain open.

There are two cancellation scenarios:

• Single bet: Stake is refunded to your account balance.
• Multi bet: Only the selection of the event in question is canceled, where the odds become 1.00, and your multi bet will continue to function, but your possible winnings will be recalculated.
