How do I verify my identity?
You must complete the following:
When signing up, your major details will be checked against the national registry – so please make sure they are all correct. If you are a Belgian national and your details match – your account will be automatically verified.
If there’s a mismatch, or you aren’t a Belgian national, you must do the following:
If there’s a mistake in your details:
- An account will be created with a €200 weekly deposit limit – however you won’t be able to withdraw. You’ll be given a 30-day window to correct your details. If you don’t, your account will be closed.
If you aren’t a Belgian national:
- An account will be created with a €200 weekly deposit limit – however you won’t be able to withdraw. You’ll have 30 days to send us a photocopy of your passport via Jumio. If you don’t, your account will be closed.
Once this is all done, your account will be fully verified and you’ll be able to withdraw and have full access to your account. If you don’t verify within 30 days, the account is closed and you’ll need to open another account to play.
